Our promise: healthy pets on arrival
Every pet from Pet Center includes a 14-day health guarantee that covers major infectious or congenital issues identified shortly after adoption/purchase.
What’s covered
- Serious infectious diseases diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days (e.g., parvovirus, severe respiratory infection).
- Congenital conditions present at time of sale that substantially affect quality of life.
- Untreated pre-sale medical conditions we missed in the pre-sale health check.
What’s not covered
- Minor behavioral issues or normal adjustment behaviors (stress, hiding, mild loss of appetite).
- Pre-existing conditions disclosed before sale or noted in the vet report.
- Injuries resulting from buyer negligence, lack of proper care, or exposure post-handover.
