Fast, secure pet shipping — what to expect

We offer ground and air shipping across the U.S. To reserve a slot, we require a deposit. Please read these key points — full details and FAQs are below.

Booking & deposit

To reserve shipping we charge a 50% deposit. This covers driver time, crate checks, and vet paperwork. Booking is confirmed only after deposit payment.

Shipment types & pricing

  • Ground Economy: Low-cost, multiple stops (1–4 days depending on route).
  • Ground Express: Fewer stops, faster delivery (1–2 days nearby).
  • Air In-Cabin: Small pets that meet airline rules — subject to airline availability.
  • Air Cargo: Larger pets travel as checked/cargo with approved crates and handling.

Vet documentation

A licensed vet health certificate dated within 10 days of travel is required for interstate shipping. We can arrange this for a fee if needed.

On pickup & in transit

Pickup: We photograph the pet, verify crate and paperwork, and send a pickup confirmation.
During transit: Climate-controlled vehicles or approved airline handling; handlers provide photo updates and a direct phone number.
Delivery: Final health check and handover. Balance must be paid before delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel >=72 hours before pickup for a full refund of deposit (less 10% admin fee). Cancel within 72 hours: deposit forfeited unless we can rebook the slot. If Seller cancels, full deposit refunded.

Guarantees & insurance

We provide a basic health check on arrival. Transit insurance is available (recommended) to cover medical emergencies during transport — ask for an insurance quote when booking.
