Installment Plan — Application & Agreement

What the Installment Plan is

Option A — PayPal Pay in 4: Four interest-free installments via PayPal (subject to PayPal approval).

Option B — Pet Center In-house Plan: 50% deposit now, remainder over 2–4 monthly payments charged to the card on file. ID & billing verification required.

Eligibility: Government ID, proof of address, and proof of funding required (see form). We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

Key Terms (short)

Deposit: 50% at booking for in-house plans (non-refundable inside 72 hours of pickup unless rebooked).
Late fee: 5% after 7 days grace on monthly payments.
Default: missed payments may lead to service suspension and recovery actions.
Records stored securely; payment processing is PCI-compliant.
